Riikka Mononen (PhD, Docent of Education) works as a university lecturer in special education. She is a member of the research collective MoLeWe, which brings together researchers interested in motivation, learning, and well-being of children and adolescents. Currently, Mononen leads the iSeeNumbers project, funded by the Research Council of Norway (2018–2022) and in collaboration with the University of Oslo.
